Building Evaluation

Gazelle Feng Shui provides comprehensive evaluations of existing structures--single and multi-family homes, offices, retail spaces and industrial buildings.  The building evaluation consists of:         

• Analysis of orientation and shape of the structure
• Floor Plan Review (placement of rooms/departments)
•  Assessment of Interior Structures (Beams, Fireplaces, Doors,  Windows, Stairs) 
• Energy Mapping (determines high/low energy centers in the building)  
• Personal Energy Mapping (how the owner' s energy relates to the space)
• Exterior features that impact the building

This written evaluation is delivered to the client in person and contains photographs, sketches and charts demonstrating feng shui principals and ways to correct energy imbalances where needed.

Fees are based on the size of the structure.  Single offices start at $495; apartments at $595 and single family homes at $695.

Businesses, shops and large industrial spaces are priced according to square footage. Please call for rates.

Site Analysis

This evaluation is best done before purchase of land or before a structure is built on the property. Buying a property with good environmental feng shui is easier than trying to make corrections once the purchase is made. Having a site analysis done can save you time and money.  The Site Analysis includes:

• Compass Readings for properly siting a new structure
• Evaluation of elements on and surrounding the property
• Analysis of nearby Roads and Rivers
• History of the Property

This information is delivered verbally and charged at the rate of $125 per hour (two hour minimum).

Hourly Appointments

Hourly appointments are available to review elements in your home or office such as color selection, lighting and accessory/furniture placement.  I am also available to work with your interior designer, architect or landscaper on an hourly basis.

Hourly rate: $125 (two hour minimum)

Blueprint Review

Your blueprints can be reviewed for feng shui friendly placement. Make sure your rooms, doors, windows and outlying structures are set up for the best energy flow before you start to build!

Prices start at $175.

Tracy Miller is a seasoned speaker and is available to speak to your group about feng shui theory and its application in today's world.
